We recognized the clients' needs for reducing the volume of work around tracking the arrival of customers, without the need of having a salesperson.

SOLUTION

The hardware allows secure unlocking in combination with the application, without the need for staff.

The new dimension of clients' freedom of movement, allows them to enter when they want without having to physically pay someone at the entrance to the solarium or party. Payment is made automatically.

Lean your smartphone on the hardware on the door. Bank ID integration will confirm that you are over 18 and the door will open.

HOW DID I HELP?

We started with user flow diagrams where the goal was to provide a view of what the customer will see on the screen and how they will navigate through the application to unlock and pay. Wireframing helps to show the look and design on each individual page.

Creating a prototype and white-label application was a particularly challenging task. Creating a design that will be subject to re-branding and commercial use.
